Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Damaged product received

Return Request Timeline

  • Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • Requests made after the return window may not be accepted.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for return:

  • Product must be unused and unwashed
  • Original tags and packaging must be intact
  • Product must be returned in original condition

Non-Returnable Cases

  • Minor color variation due to lighting/screen display
  • Used, washed, or damaged-after-delivery items
  • Preference-based returns without valid reason

Refund Process

  • Refund will be initiated after returned product passes quality inspection

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability
  • If requested size/product is unavailable, refund/store credit may be provided
